REQUEST FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Sunbird Savings and Credit Cooperative (SACCO) was established in 1992 and duly registered in 2002 under the Cooperative Societies Act No. 36 of 1998. The SACCO is also licensed by the Reserve Bank of Malawi under the Financial Services Act, 2010 and the Financial Cooperatives Act, 2011. Sunbird SACCO is affiliated to the Malawi Union of Savings and Credit Cooperatives (MUSCCO).

Sunbird SACCO is a member-owned and member-controlled financial cooperative whose objective is to promote a culture of regular savings and provide a wide range of financial services to its members.

Sunbird SACCO is therefore inviting suitably qualified and experienced audit firms to submit proposals for the provision of external audit services for the 2026 financial year.
