Job Purpose
The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of all points of service delivery, allocation of resources in all branch networks, ensuring seamless delivery of service to the SACCO members and stakeholders. Ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the Sunbird SACCO's operations. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
